It was within 10 minutes walk from a bus station. The breakfast had plenty of selection, the food was DELIGHTFUL.

Unbeatable location of the place - 5 minutes walk from bus station. Amazing food in the restaurants such as Royal China, located 5 min away. Units with garden. Had good a laptop-size safe, central heating and an iron.

Perfect for a quick getaway!

Honestly, I can't fault this spot! The room was super clean, and that bed? So comfy, I didn't stir once all night. The breakfast was spot on-totally hit the spot! Just wish there were a few more snack options available during the day.

The limited entertainment options were quite disappointing for a longer stay. Some room upgrades certainly wouldn't hurt either!!!

The breakfast here? Lovely. They whip up a proper full English, and the kids? Loved their bunk beds! Callum, the manager, was just very nice. Always there to help and gave us solid tips on where to eat. We could park easily too, plenty of space. You want comfort? 10 Minutes walk from the beach which was nice!

It wasn't low-priced, but honestly, worth every penny.

My stay here was perfect, as I enjoyed really good breakfast options, with the added bonus of being just a 10-minute walk from Yaverland Beach and the peaceful Alverstone Mead Nature Reserve, making my weekend strolls enjoyable.

This place was just a good match for a quick break in Sandown with great price value. The chair in my room was a bit uncomfortable for watching TV, but everything else was just fine. I recommend checking out the garden area for some fresh air.

On the downside, the noise from the communal areas could be bothersome during the night. I also noticed some local IOW beer was missing from the bar, which would have been nice. Otherwise, the overall atmosphere remained warm and inviting.
